This ensures you have latest software and because we do not store your financial info or charge you without expressed permission. Granted, it is an extra step. Sorry for that.
For both Windows and Mac we now have AUTOMATED uninstall/installer packages that should make this a few minute process at most. The new packages will uninstall your older personalVPN™ and will reinstall the latest version and you should be able to connect immediately.
NOTE: After renewing, you may still receive a reminder to renew your personalVPN™. If you have already setup your new VPN service with us, please just ignore them.

You will be given a PPTP account in addition to our openVPN-based SSL VPN. PPTP VPNs are very easy to set up and require no additional software as the client is built into most Operating Systems. We are mostly targeting iPhone users from a marketing perspective, but the PPTP VPN will work on any device that supports PPTP. Enjoy!
